All sales are subject to the following cancellation terms. Once an order is placed and design work has commenced, only 50% of the total purchase price is eligible for refund. Once artwork is approved the order is non-refundable and cancellations will not be accepted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to exchange it for another item or return it for store credit, please send a note to info@perrygargano.com to begin the process.
To exchange an item, please send us a note of what items you will be exchanging and the items you would like in exchange. If they are available, we will fulfill the request and notify you. Please contact info@perrygargano.com if you have any questions.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of the date the order was fulfilled.
For exchanges and returns, the original shipping costs are not subject to be included in the store credit - be mindful of sizing and write us if you are unsure of your size.
Perry Gargano does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Perry Gargano. Perry Gargano is not responsible for items lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
Once your package has been received and inspected, your store credit will be generated within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email when your unique code for the store credit is ready.
