Begin your custom jewelry journey with a personalized design consultation. Whether you have a detailed concept or are starting with an idea, we'll work with you to create a piece that's uniquely yours.
During your consultation, we'll discuss your vision, review design options, select the most suitable metal, and establish a budget that aligns with your goals.
Before your consultation, please:
- Have a general budget in mind so we can recommend options that fit your vision.
- Consider your preferred metal: sterling silver, 10k gold, or 14k gold (or let us help you decide).
- Gather any inspiration you'd like to share, such as sketches, photos, or reference images.
- Include your preferred contact email in the order notes so we can schedule your consultation at a convenient time.
After your consultation, we'll provide a personalized design proposal and guide you through the next steps. Please note, 50% of your purchase price is considered a non-refundable deposit. Once you've approved your final design and fabrication has begun, your piece is being created specifically for you. For that reason, custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
